5. Transactions: All transactions are between buyers and sellers. Selify is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed or the truth or accuracy of users’ content.
6. Fees: Selify may charge fees for certain services. All fees are clearly disclosed and non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
7. Account Suspension: Selify reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.
8. Changes to Terms: Selify may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
